Don't get it twisted, True Love really exists.

The very first time, I saw ‘it’ in his eyes
I felt ‘it’ in his embrace
I sank into the living sea of waking dreams
As the hope of ever finding ‘it’ reawakened
He told me he loved me
How many times passed had I heard that word
How many times did I seldom hope in them
And after so many, tears in joy, pain & suffering
He reawakened the Dead Sea
With the pureness, sincerity in his voice
He told me he loved me
For the first time, I saw ‘it’ in someone’s eyes
He told me he loved me
Not b’coz I aint big enough to fit the African woman’s figure description
Not b’coz i aint small enough to fit into a model’s size
But coz in me, he says, he finds a true woman
I don’t have to dress skimpily to impress him
Pop out my two melons
Wear low-belt jeans, the thong and butt out showing business
For he says, he loves me just the way I am
The daily calls, hourly check –ups are just but
Reminders of my inner beauty,
Reminders of my pure love
Indeed in him I have seen a true man
My sexiness does not offend him
My sassiness does not upset him
With him I walk as if I got oil wells
Pumping in my living room
For the first time in life I openly declare
Along life’s journey
I met, he met, we met and we found ‘it’
So don’t get it twisted
True love really exists.
