I know you will never ask
But if you look real close
Your eyes will widely open
Unto the reality that lies deep within my eyes
Where with each tear drop that falls
Is a count of time I have lied
The hardest task so far
Courage of leaving
Saying goodbye to what I thought was
For I know I don’t love you
Maybe I used to
But each an every hurting that was done

Each and call missed
Each and every time never said I love you
All, an excavation for the love once had
Now I’ve got to set them all free
Find it in my heart to forgive thee

And since I never witnessed any from you
I now know, am time barred
